Claire Orrange is a writer in Brooklyn, NY. Her short stories have been published in paperback and online, while her feminist horror film criticism appears monthly in Bloodletter Magazine. A graduate of Harvard University, Claire wrote and starred in Buffalo 10, a romantic dramedy short film that has screened in an Oscar-qualifying category at Atlanta Film Festival, as well as Buffalo International Film Festival, The Reel Champions Shorts Festival, London Short Film Festival, Nitehawk Shorts Festival, and Trans Image Trans Experience Film Festival. Claire is making her directorial debut with Line Cutters, a narrative short film, shooting in Spring 2026.
